About Jennie!

I’m just an everyday Chinese-Guyanese-Texan who loves cooking and beer – I’m not a chef and not a brewer.  I’d like to think middle school journalism and 3 years of carefully crafted kitchen experiments has prepared me enough to write about my food ordeals – some fantastic,  a few only worthy of the trash-can.

Oh, I also happen to be a Longhorn alumni a recent graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.  I guess that makes me a rambling wreck that bleeds burnt orange.
